The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.22 of 2025, under Sections 376, 504, 506 I.P.C., 5/6 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station- Mirzamurad, District- Varanasi with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has pasted certain indecent photographs of the victim in the present bail application. Even the counsel for applicant has procured the said photographs from the applicant by calling them on his own WhatsApp number. A bare perusal of the record indicates that the applicant has misused the said photographs, which were in his exclusive possession. 5. The said act of filing the photographs
