Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2024 under Sections 70(1), 137(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Rendar, District Jalaun during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person are stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 17.10.2024 at about 03:00 AM. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
