Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, U/S 45GA, 70(2), 142 B.N.S., 5/16/17 POCSO Act, 3(1) da, dha, 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is the owner of the Cafe, where the named accused persons are stated to have taken the victim and raped her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
