Act, Police Station Belghat, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined-in-chief in Court as PW-2 and her cross-examination is yet to be completed. She has not whispered a single word against the applicant.
