Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Chandra Prakash Misra, learned counsel for the informant and Dr. S. B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State- respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Kasya, District Kushinagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith as many as 8 others and as per allegation, he made exhortation and co-accused Nikesh and Ankit made assault. 5. He further submitted that however, it is a case in which one person died and four persons sustained inju
