This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Bahadur, who is involved in Case Crime No. 52/2023, under Section 8/20/29/37/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Arnia, District- Bulandshahar. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 401.440 kg of ganja and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
