The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 103, 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Bisanda, District Banda during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 10.08.2024 at 11.57 hours against applicant and two others and according to the FIR on 09.08.2024 at about 9.30 PM in the night while applicant was having conversation with others, applicant caused firearm injury on his chest due to which he died. 4.
