The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 397 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Bisanda, District Banda, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged by the informant with regard to the murder of his father and there is no accusation against the applicant in the FIR but during investigation, he has been made accused in the present matter with the aid of section 61(2) BNS. 4.
