The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Ekauna, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is named in the FIR along with three others but from perusal of the FIR, it reflects, on the basis of suspicion informant lodged FIR of the present case and admittedly he was not an eye witness. He further submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eye witness account. 4. He further submits, after 40 days Investigating Officer recorded the statements of two witnesses
