The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2024, under Sections 103 BNS, Police Station Azeem Nagar, District Rampur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.10.2024 against co- accused Matloob and Fazana and some unknown persons and according to the FIR on 4.10.2024 at about 12 pm in the afternoon named co-accused Matloob alongwith his two unknown associates has taken the daughter of the informant but subsequently, her dead body was found in hanging condition from a tree. 5.
