The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 157 of 2024, under Sections 49, 191(2), 103(1), 115(2), 352 BNS, Police Station Paikoliya, District Basti, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 21.11.2024 against the applicant and others and according to the FIR on 22.11.2024 at about 10:30 pm in the night with intention to grab property, applicant who is brother of the husband of the informant alongwith his other family members including his parents made assault upon the husband of the informant through wooden sticks and due to the assault made by them, he died. 5.
