This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Govind Rathaur @ Lala seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.91 of 2023, under Sections 2/3 (1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and has already released on bail on the base cases shown in the gang chart.
