This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dinu , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 367 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 2/3 Public Property Damages Act, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar.
