Shahanshah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.303 of 2024, under Sections 64, 75, 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Gujaini, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twelve days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is the brother-in-law (Nandoi) of the victim and the instant FIR is a clear cut misuse of dowry laws. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant.
