This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Ramdas Rajput , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2024 , under Sections3/5/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kannauj, District Kannauj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not apprehended from the spot. No recovery has been effected from the spot. Main co-accused Mohd. Rasid Khan has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Appliation No. 14487 of 2024 on 2.9.2024.
