This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vinit Kashyap, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6/10 U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998, Police Station Rohaniya, District Varanasi. Learned Senior Advocate for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 5.1.2025. The applicant is alleged to have appeared as a Dummy
