The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0146 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Badausa, District Banda, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person but during investigation on the basis of false allegations applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith several others including co-accused Shrichandra and Abhilash. 4. He further submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and except motive, there is no cogent evidence against the applicant on record and after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Shrichandra and Abhilash have been released on bail by this Court vide orders
