Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station- Hafizganj, District -Bareilly. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant matter due to ulterior motive. The applicant was not neither named in the First Information Report nor he was arrested on spot. His name has been surfaced in the statement of the co-accused person.
