Heard Sri Shiv Babu Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant, as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Narahat, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is a married lady, as such, the allegations do not stand supported by any law. There is no clinching evidence to suggest that the applicant misled the victim from the beginning.
