Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhanu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 113/2021, under Sections 377, 504, 506 IPC and 5/6 of POCSO Act,, Police Station- Bilari, District-Moradabad, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing unnatural offence against a minor victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court the victim as well as informant have been examined, but they have not supported the prosecution case at all. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 03.04.2021. The trial in the aforesaid
