This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Amit @ Chela Diwakar , seeking enlargement on bail in Special Case No. 159 of 2014, arising out of Case Crime No. 43 of 2014, under Section 25/3 Arms Act, Police Station Pachhon Gaon, District Etawah. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 27.08.2014, the police has arrested the applicant along with other co-accused persons and recovered 315 bore country made firearm and two live cartridges from the possession of applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 05.11.2024. He has criminal antecedent of nine case, which ha
