Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 386 of 2024 (P.S.T. No. 2241 of 2024), under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. and Sections 5(J)(2)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Tundla, District - Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Janu Alias Abhishek, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 47007 of 2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 11.02.2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
