The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Belghat, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 14.9.2024 against the applicant and according to the FIR marriage of the applicant was solemnized with the daughter of the informant in the year 2016 and after marriage due to suspicion applicant used to harass his daughter and on 14.9.2024 at about 8 a.m. in the morning, he committed her murder after causing injury through hammer on her head. 4.
