This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Kamar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 558 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/11 of Animal Cruelty Act, P.S.- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the Court below. 3.
