Ojha, learned Advocate, submitted that he has filed his power on behalf of informant in the registry of this Court but his name has not been shown in the cause list, however, he is ready to argue the matter. 2. Heard Sri Sanjay Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri B.K. Ojha, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0171 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 352, 351(1) BNS, Police Station- Bara, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as per allegation, applicant was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased, therefore, he committed suicide but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. He further submitt
