Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64, 74, 76, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4, 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Bahadurgarh, District - Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have entered into the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of her sister on 23.01.2025 at about 01:00 AM. He is even stated to have recorded certain indecent videos and clicked certain photographs of the victim and used to threatened her to make them viral on social media. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued th
