This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Vikash, who is involved in Case Crime No. 378 of 2023 under Section 21/22 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Hathras Kotwali, District- Hathras. There is allegation of recovery of 650 Gram Diazapam from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 650 Gram Diazapam and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
