Heard Sri Rizwan Ahamad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.11 of 2025, under Section 70(1) B.N.S., Police Station Afzalgarh, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The prosecution story stands falsified from the fact that there is no recovery of any video by the investigating officer. Learned counsel has further stated that obviously the victim is major as she is a married lady. There is no injury sustained by the victim. 5.
