Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.294 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Hayatnagar, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has completely denied the prosecution story, rather she has stated that she does not know the applicant and had gone on her own to Delhi, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication.
