Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S., 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Adarsh Mandi, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. Some unknown person is stated to have enticed away the victim on a motorcycle on 30.9.2024 at about 07:00 p.m. The informant is stated to have seen her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7.
