Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 17.3.2025, however, no one is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S., 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Adarsh Mandi, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. Some unknown person is stated to have enticed away the victim on a motorcycle on 30.9.2024 at about 07:00 p.m. The informant is stated to have seen her.
