This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Safique Ahmad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 310 of 2024, under Sections 137 (2) BNS and Section 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Shyamdeurawa, District Maharajganj. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 28.10.2024 at about 01:30 p.m. the applicant after being lure the child of informant aged about 2-1/2 years and committed anal sex with him and thereafter, dropped back to his house. 4.
