This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Rajesh Bhai Jee Lal Yadav seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0032 of 2021, under Sections- 8/20/25/27A/29 of N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station-N.C.B. Lucknow, District-Sonbhadra. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated being the owner of the vehicle on which contraband substance has been recovered.
