Heard Sri Rahul Gaur, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Noor Ahmad, who is involved in Case Crime No.213 of 2023, under Sections 8, 21C, 29, 60 of NDPS Act and 420 I.P.C, Police Station-Mant, District- Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 51 kg Charas allegedly recovered from four persons. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the innocence of the applicant cannot be adjudged at pre-trial stage who is involved in supplying contraband, therefore, the applicant does not deserve any indulgence.
