The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.241 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 02.05.2024 and according to the FIR in the night of 01/02.05.2024 at about 12:30 a.m. applicant committed the murder of the son of the informant through sharp edged weapon and informant witnessed him while he was running from the spot.
