The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Bahariya, District Prayagraj.
