The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 554 of 2024, under Sections 127(2), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Deepak and admittedly informant of the case was not an eye witness and after considering the entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Deepak has been released on bail by this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page-100 of the paper-book and on facts, case of applicant is at par with him. 4. He further submits, applicant is not having any criminal history and in the present matter he is in jail since 27.09.202
