The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 602 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Debai, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person with regard to murder of brother of the informant but during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the basis of statement of co-accused. 4. He further submitted that it appears, as per prosecution, co- accused Shailendra, Pushpendra and Vivek committed the murder of the deceased and applicant also involved in this murder but except the bald al
