This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Veer Singh Pawar and Amit Ahirwar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 06 of 2025, under Sections 313, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Mauranipur, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 09.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that no police personnel has receive injury in the altercation took place between the parties and as per the medical report, it is a no injury case. R
