By means of this application, the applicant, Atar Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 26 of 2021, under Sections 323, 354A, 427, 452, 504, 506, 34 & 325 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, registered at Police Station- Amrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat and is in jail since 23.01.2025, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Ramsevak and Vishwnath, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court by orders dated 15.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
