Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 680 of 2024, under Sections 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Secti0n 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Hapur Nagar, District Hapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the FIR has been registered with some delay of which no satisfactory explanation has been submitted. He submits that false recovery memo has been shown from the possession of the applicant. The applicant has no connection with the aforesaid crime and the applicant has been implicated in the aforesaid crime with concocted story. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the applican
