Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 34 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420 of I.P.C. and Section 66-D of I.T. Ac, Police Station Cyber Crime Agra, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name surfaced in the statement of co-accused. There is no evidence against the applicant in the alleged offence. It is further submitted that on the similar footing the co-accused Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Kumar Singh and Naman Jain have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.10
