Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.12 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Jaitpur, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 04.02.2024 at about 3:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are no allegations against the applicant
