The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rahul, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 307, 506 of IPC, and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Nagla Khangar, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he administered acid to the victim alongwith other co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the U.S.G. Whole Abdomen report of the victim, no significant abnormality has been seen. F.I.R is delayed by 16 days.
