This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Biru @ Brajpal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 79 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Phugana, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 03.12.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Surendra, has already been enlarged on bail of by this Bench of this Court by order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
