This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Shahid, who is involved in Case Crime No. 607 of 2023, under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Katra, District- Shahjahanpur. 8 qunital 87 kg of Doda post has been recovered from the vehicle and applicant is driver of the vehicle. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
