The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 IPC & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Mau Darwaja, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is the husband of the deceased and as per allegation, he caused fire-arm injury to his wife due to which, she died but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4. He further submitted that applicant is not having any criminal history and in the present matter, he is in jail since 20.02.2023 i.e. for last more than two years, therefore, considering the long incarceration of the applicant, he should be released on bail.
