Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 388 of 2024, under Sections 69, 64, 123, 89, 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Sections 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion Act, Police Station - Budhana, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have appeared as an imposter and had shown himself to be an Advocate and is stated to have filed a divorce petition in the court of Meerut on her behalf. 5. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with her and had subsequently terminated her pregnancy several times. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
