The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.102 of 2022, under Sections 302, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Gahmar, District- Ghazipur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
