There are allegations against the applicant because of not fulfillment of demand of dowry he administered poisonous substance to his wife, as a result of which her condition deteriorated. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of implication. Victim herself consumed poisonous substance as admitted before the Doctor. Therefore, the applicant was falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 07.12.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
