Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 87 B.N.S. & Section 5(l)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Rewatipur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Amritsar, Punjab and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. The victim is aged about 17-18 years old as per her ossification test report. 5. It has been further argued that there is no criminal history of the applicant.
